Large –scale reforms are started in the republic to raise the level of education in order to adapt to international standards. These reforms encompass the forming of highly qualified personnel in the field of higher education, but also strengthening of the scientific and technical potential. The research is an important part of high school. The amount of funds directed to this area is increased, resulting in a high level of scientific research and improving the quality of the implementation. Recently, the interest has been observed to applied researches. This is widening opportunities for scientists to make decisions, but also the economic interest is associated with creation of more important environment.
