CONFERENCE “RATIONAL USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES OF AZERBAIJAN” HELD IN BAKU STATE UNIVERSITY17 April 2017
On April 14, 2017 a conference was held in BSU organized by the Student Scientific Society of the faculty of geography on the theme “Rational use of natural resources of Azerbaijan” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Shollar-Baku water installations complex. The conference was attended by adviser to the chairman Azesu Telman Agayev, director of the research project institute Waterchannel Azersu prof. Farda Imanov, chairman of the Student Scientific Society Afgan Talibov, Rustam Rajabov- employee of the State Agency for Water Resources of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, students of the faculty of Geography, as well as students of other universities. They spoke at the conference about problems related to water and ways to solve them, about the history of creating a complex of water installations. Then the second issue of the journal “From the equator to the poles” was presented. Mansura Ismayilova’s presentation on the supply of drinking water to Baku was of great interest. A 4 year student, Haver Hasanova, spoke about the journal published with the active participation of members of the Student Scientific Society.    18299 |
