AUL STUDENTS VISITED GUBА DISTRICT17 May 2024
An eco-tour to the Guba recreation areas of Gachrash and Tangaalti was organized by the Azerbaijan University of Languages. Under the leadership of the head of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences Sevda Tagiyeva and associate professor Shukufa Jabarova, students of groups 118a, b, 121b, 127a, 230a and 249v of the Pedagogical Faculty of AUL. The event was attended by students of groups 230a and 249c of the Translation Faculty, as well as Vusal Humbatzade, an intern at the Embassy of Pakistan.During the eco-tour, discussions were held between the tour leaders and the students on environmental pollution. Then, the tour participants visited the Guba Memorial Complex of the Armenian Genocide and honored the memory of tens of thousands of Azerbaijanis who died in 1918 as a result of the massacre carried out by Bolshevik-Armenian armed groups on the territory of Azerbaijan.  4958 |
