THE MEETING WITH AJFD19 November 2013
The Acting Director of the Institute of Geography, corresponding member of ANAS, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Ramiz Mammadov attended the meeting "Geographic Information Systems projects". According to president of Public Union of Association for Junior Faculty Development, the event was opened by Mammadali Babashli, the Chairman of the Union, who welcomed the guest lecturer. He stresses the importance of these types of seminars, social activities and information. He also talked about the work done and the winning projects. Professor Ramiz Mammadov gave to young researchers the detailed information on the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in international and local projects. Professor exchanged views about GIS with young people, answered questions. He talked about new projects and desired their active participation giving valuable recommendations on the subject.  16768 |
